Why is there a radius on the hose cushion insert?

Why is there a radius on the hose cushion insert?

Vermatic was the first to introduce the radius edge for a hose cushion. This rounded edge protects the hose from jarring fluid surges.

Why do all Vermatic cushion inserts (hose, tube and pipe) have a flat, consistent surface finish?

Why do all Vermatic cushion inserts (hose, tube and pipe) have a flat, consistent surface finish?

Unlike tube and pipe styles of the other manufactured clamp cushions on the market, the flat surface of Vermatic cushions provides an even area for the tube, pipe, or hose to rest on. This consistent surface also prevents water from the elements pooling in the profiled portions of the competitor’s cushions. Sitting water like that will cause corrosion.

The Standard & Multi-Line Clamps are different than any other clamp on the market, what are the features benefits?

The Standard & Multi-Line Clamps are different than any other clamp on the market, what are the features benefits?

This clamp line is the most versatile you’ll run across. Most noticeable, it features posts on the outside of the cushions which securely hold the cushion in place making it easier to install as you create your design. Another feature of these posts is they allow a uniform spacing for vertical and horizontal multi-line runs. Mix and match tube, pipe and hose cushion inserts for your equipment’s needs. Be as creative as you want, this Series can handle it.
